Hi, my name is Beam, and I look forward to meeting you.
In this 60-minute class, we will practice hatha yoga with a strong emphasis on connecting breath to movement. Hatha yoga is ideal for all levels, whether you're starting to learn the foundations or looking to explore the deeper aspects of your practice. You can expect to hold each pose for several breaths, with a balance of dynamic and static elements. Moving slowly through each pose and transition will help deepen your physical strength and enhance your understanding of each asana. This class also includes pranayama practice, meditation, and a restful savasana with optional assists.
We will explore both strengthening and gentle poses, making it a great opportunity to focus on yourself over the weekend.
All levels are welcome as I will provide variations of poses for you to explore.
